These are a great way to get a lot of new ideas and make your own creative whiteboards.

It’s an incredible simple technique that helps you to not only see your life as it was before, but to see what you did to change that. All you have to do is make sure to take a picture of something.
One of the most common complaints I see from people who are trying to turn their life around is that they just can’t remember what the hell they were doing when they were younger. And that’s a problem. By taking pictures of things you want to remember, you can help yourself to look at your past and see what you did that made you who you are today.
I’ve found that having a whiteboard is a great way to take note of what you really want to remember when you want to remember it. So for example, I just got a brand new computer and I want to take a picture of my desktop for my journal. I will have my camera on me all the time and I’ll take pictures of things I want to think about while I work on my computer and plan my next day.
It’s so easy to get confused by the way I look. I would love to take a picture of my bed-sitting on the floor and see how I look, how we see, and then have a different view of my body to see what it looks like.
